SOo, yeah I lost 3 pounds since the last success report. The only thing I changed in my diet is I eat a lot less during the week (like, at school) but I eat what I normally would healthily eat during the weekends for a break (so I don’t BINGE!)
oh and i’ve started swimming on tuesdays (so far record is 22 laps! around 45 min) and doing a zumba class on sunday morning with my mom! which is so fun. So that, plus 4 hours of cheerleading practice a week, and 5X a week of 40 min of walking (getting to school and back.)
HOLY CRAP…I’m pretty active hahaha.
